Averro assembled a Performance Oriented Delivery (POD) team based in Argentina. The team consisted of 1 Project Manager, 7 .NET Developers, and 1 Manual QA.
The Project Manager established relationships with the clients internal team, project timelines were organized to ensure deliverables were completed on time, guidelines and best practices were established for synchronized collaboration, and workstreams were created that added value to the client’s ongoing projects throughout their lifecycle.
