Rob Meredith
President/Co-Founder
Rob is a Seattle native and graduate of the University of Washington. He is a well networked business executive with staffing experience starting in 1996. As the President of Averro, Rob's responsibilities include company leadership and business strategies, client development and recruiting, and day-to-day management of company operations, administration and finances. Prior to founding Matrix Resource Partners in 1999, Rob led a search division for Aerotek that focused on the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries in the Pacific Northwest. In 2002, Rob and his business partner Erik Koch were recognized as the "Young Entrepreneurs of the Year" for the State of Washington. Rob was also a recipient of the Puget Sound Business Journal's "Top 40 under 40" award for 2002. Rob lives in Issaquah with his wife Rachelle and two daughters, Eva and Paige.
Erik Koch
VP of Recruiting/Co-Founder
As a Principal of Averro, Erik leads and manages our recruiting efforts, bringing over 10 years of IT and high tech business development and recruiting experience. Erik's particular focus and personal networks include the digital media, online advertising, gaming, and healthcare industries. Upon receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College he moved to Seattle, WA in 1994. Erik started his recruiting career with Aerotek in 1997, launching a new scientific recruiting division with current partner Rob Meredith. As co-founder of Matrix Resource Partners in 1999, Rob and Erik were recognized as the "2002 Young Entrepreneurs of the Year" for the state of Washington. Erik prides himself in developing strong and lasting partnerships with his clients and takes a sincere interest in the career development of his recruiting partners. Erik lives in Seattle with his wife Maja and dog Wrigley.
Paul Convery
VP of Business Development
Paul has over 10 years experience in the IT staffing industry where he has held various sales, recruiting and branch operation positions for companies such as Cotelligent and COMSYS. Paul specializes in working with companies in the legal, healthcare, banking and ecommerce industries where he develops key relationships with CIOs and IT Directors/Managers to assist them in filling permanent and contract IT positions. Paul's approach to the business of IT staffing is simple and straightforward: provide the highest degree of customer service, be flexible, and conduct business with integrity. Paul holds a Bachelor Degree in Administrative Studies from York University in Canada, is happily married to his wife Debbie and has two children, Hope and PJ.
Eileen Uebelacker
Controller
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Eileen graduated from the University of Washington, receiving a BA degree in 1982 and later her CPA certification. Eileen has served in the Controller capacity with several service-industry organizations in the Seattle area. Most recently, Eileen has owned her own accounting consulting practice with clients from a wide variety of fields. Eileen is a member of the Washington Society of CPAs.
