Our Approach
The Averro Executive Search team will focus our recruiting strategy around cultural, leadership, and performance fit. We work with the client in determining measurable benchmarks and requirements the client is looking for in a potential hire.
We conduct extensive face-to-face interviews with each candidate, conduct a managerial assessment review, provide comprehensive reference and background checks, and a comprehensive written assessment on the candidate. Our screening process is meant to eliminate as many candidates as possible and to bring the top 3 candidates to the client.
Once a candidate has passed our screening process, we will provide the client with a written assessment, along with 3 references and the candidates resume. We will assist the client with interview scheduling, presentation of offers, and negotiation of salary with the candidate. It is our objective to provide both our candidates and clients with a seamless process that has maximum results.
